Ferox are looking for Project Managers to join our client on a permanent basis. 

You will be an experienced construction Project Manager with a history of successfully delivering on build and fit out projects relating specifically to warehouse and industrial units, able to problem solve and address issues as they arise.

Although you would be expected to travel to site as needed you will also need to be able to visit the Milton Keynes head office on a weekly basis. 

Key Duties:

Manage the client relationship from start to finish
Managing multiple projects at any given time
Running the programming
Head up client meetings and associated issues
Put in place Health & Safety plans
Motivating and inspiring teams
Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained
Hand over projects on time and to budget and quality
Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accounts
