Salary and Benefits: 60,000 – 70,000 DOE plus car allowance, fuel card, defined matched contribution pension, private medical insurance, profit share, 25 days holiday
An award-winning, privately owned Specialist Principal Contractor is seeking to attract a Project Manager to their close knit, family orientated team.

As a Project Manager you will be fully empowered to manage a range of civil engineering projects, typically valued at between £500k – £6m and administered under the NEC form of contract.
This will be a combination of Framework and competitively tender design & build schemes. Scope will include earthworks, excavation, sheet piling, RC, scour protection and bridge construction.
You will ensure that the project is built to the specified quality and HSE, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance. Working closely with the wider team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and strive to always exceed expectations.
What do you need to succeed?
•A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, HND or Degree preferred (or equivalent)
•Extensive experience of managing projects within a civils/water environment
•Demonstrable experience of operating as a Number One on a project
•Knowledge of the NEC contract and its workings
•A CSCS card and SMSTS
•Excellent communication, people and team management skills, with the ability to influence, motivate and mentor
•Willingness to travel within a region
