New Build Residential – Developer

To £75k + Car or Allowance + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus

A career developing opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to lead a 300 unit Development in Tattenhoe, Milton Keynes comprising of Apartments, Coach Houses and 3 and 4 Bedroom Houses. The construction methods range from Timber Frame to Traditional to Modular build. 

The development is predominately Timber Frame, so experience of managing Timber Frame developments for a speculative developer or a main contractor is sought for this key role.

As Project Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for managing this development, will report into the Construction Director and will lead the Site Managers and site team to deleiver this great development.
