Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the management and delivery of multiple new build residential and student accommodation projects simultaneously, project values are between £2m and £15m.

Our client are a smaller contractor specialising in new build and refurbishment construction projects, deploying a diverse range of skills on varied contract types.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have recent, relevant experience managing and delivering multiple residential and student accommodation projects simultaneously
• Be able to demonstrate longevity of service

Duration

This is a permanent role.

Location

Our client are based in Milton Keynes and projects are nationwide.

Salary/Package

Salary and package are negotiable.
