Our client is a specialist main contractor who cover various projects all over the London & South East. They specialise in full refurbishment of commercial buildings to residential use.

They have recently secured 2 new projects in Aylesbury and The Chalfonts, and they are now looking for a Project Manager to run each job.

This project is due to start in Mid-March 2022 and is programmed to run for at least 12 to 18 months.

Criteria:

Previous experience as a Project Manager
Must have experience in residential construction
Strong knowledge of M+E, Steel Frame, RC construction beneficial.
Experience managing team of site supervisors + gangermen on site and day to day duties on site
Very programme conscious and driven
Able to attend meetings, produce reports and assist the construction manager on site with general matters
Review and manage surrounding project requirements – Quality, Health & Safety and Temporary works etc.
Management and health and safety qualifications
Strong communication and leadership skills
Strong IT skills
