Senior / Project Manager – £150M Infrastructure Project – Milton Keynes

Salary £75,000 – £100,000 dependant upon experience plus package to include car / travel allowance, pension, medical.

My client is a large widely recognised residential developer, who have a unique opportunity for a Project Manager with strong infrastructure experience to manage a £150Million package as part of a large housing scheme.

The project will involve the construction of highways and bridges as well as interfacing with various utility services.

You will effectively be acting as a client side project manager looking after the interests of the developer, liaising with the contractor carrying out the infrastructure works, therefore you must have strong technical knowledge and have had exposure to large (in excess of £100M) package of works.

Suitable candidates ideally will have Tier 1 contractor experience and will be able to demonstrate a wide range of infrastructure exposure, including roads, bridges, utilities etc. You should also be able to demonstrate the ability to control projects, and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the project and bodies such as Highways England etc.
