My client, an established Housing Developer is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to manage a multi-phased scheme in Milton Keynes

My clients are a well established company who demand a very high quality of professionalism throughout their business and will pay a competitive salary for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have experience of running large phases and managing full production teams simultaneously whilst working towards a busy build programme whilst delivering on quality within budget and on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Senior Site manager who is looking to take that step up in to a Project Manager role.

Duties,

Project manager, No1, whilst reporting in to a Contract Manager or Construction Director
Responsible for multiple phases,all productions teams, sub-contractors and trades and labour
Pre-construction work for projects
Inductions & talk box talks
Material calls offs
Ensure all sub-contractors are working in line with build programmes and all work is checked.
Responsible for all non-conforming sub-contractors
RAMS
Providing clear direction to the construction teams regarding responsibilities and targets
Ensuring projects are completed are completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates
Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
Training and support of production teams
Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others
Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractors
Ensuring customer service remains of the highest priority at all times with everyone on siteQualifications,

Previously a SSM/SM whilst working on traditional new build schemes
Proven experience of managing a full site team/teams
Residential, new build experience
SMSTS
CSCS, Black
