Project Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager. My client, a market leading and rapidly growing Main Contractor with a fantastic reputation and a £180 million turnover; are looking to appoint a Project Manager on a £14m new build steel framed warehouse project in Milton Keynes.

Skills & Experience

You will be responsible for the successful completion of the project – taking from design through delivery and then to handover where you will have the full support of the business including the directors, surveyors the site team.

You will have full control of the project including the allocation and building of your site team.

Requirements

* Must have experience of delivering projects with a value of £12m plus as the number 1 PM

* Must have experience in the industrial or logistics building sector delivering large steel framed buildings

* Must be available to start in Dec 2021 with availability to interview prior to this

* Must be able to commute daily to Milton Keynes for the project
