Project Manager

High Wycombe
£40,000 – £48,000 + Car

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager required to take up permanent role, based out of High Wycombe covering the surrounding sites ensuring all Projects are delivered to time, spec. budget and H&S.

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the supply chain, ensuring they are delivering the works correctly and to standards.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Managing multiple projects (ranging from £2K up to £1M
*Reviewing Risk Assessment and method statements
*Client management
*Attending Project meetings
*Budget and costings
*Update relevant systems ensuring all project information is up to date (works in progress etc.)
*Health & Safety, CDM
*All other Project Manager duties as reasonably required

Training and Experience required:
*You will be an experienced Project Manager with relevant qualifications (HND, C&G Etc.) in Building or Electrical/ Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
*SMSTS or similar
*CDM Knowledge
*IT literate
*Full driving Licence
*Experience managing sub contractors
*Member of a professional Association (desirable)

You must be able to undergo successful security Clearance.
