Advance TRS Construction have an been tasked to recruit an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a regional main contracting client.

If you are a proactive Project Manager that enjoys responsibility for overseeing the full life cycle of a project, with a strong focus on health and safety, we would like to speak to you!

Our client prides themselves on quality and great customer service, resulting in returning clients and referrals!

As Project Manager you will assume lead and autonomous responsibility for residential extension and conversion schemes within the Milton Keynes and surrounding areas with a value up to £1m. Further projects include supporting clients within framework excavation and groundworks projects.

You must present recent relevant project experience in delivering similar schemes on behalf of a main contractor.

Key responsibilities will include;

Autonomous management responsibility
Self-starter and motivated
Computer literate
Good communicator – verbal and written
Safety awareness and able to manage safety (SMSTS certified)
CSCS certified
1st Aid trained (current)
Experienced in Traditional build construction/ renovations
