About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join and strengthen our Business Transformation team. This role will contribute to the delivery of a major transformation programme for Paradigm Housing and ensure that projects within our wider portfolio are lead and managed in line with our policies, processes and best practice.
You’ll proactively take responsibility for providing key project and programme management services on a variety of projects and programmes which may include transformation related activities. You’ll use strong project management skills to generate an ongoing pipeline of well-governed wide-business-buy-in process designs and deliver them to the wider programme in such a way that they can be implemented with minimal rework or unnecessary clarifications.
The role is critical in executing our project initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving external customer service excellence and process improvements across Paradigm. The role holder is required to ensure strong governance through all stages and that the identified outcomes and benefits are realised with the resources agreed.
About you
We are looking for a qualified PM with experience in managing high profile change and transformational projects. You’ll have the right balance of project management, business understanding, stakeholder engagement skills to help lead stakeholders through the transformation experience. Strong facilitation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence, support and constructively challenge stakeholders in both 1-2-1 and workshop settings are required.
