JN Technical are recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a national contractor who specialise in the manufacture and installation of temporary construction site fencing.
The Role
In this role, you will be operating within our clients southern region. You will be dealing with Main Contractors, so construction experience is essential. You must have a strong work ethic, the ability to maintain and develop strong relationships, to assist and oversee the day to day operation of hoarding and fencing installations on site.
Experience in a similar role and a good level of industry knowledge is preferred but not essential. This role offers the opportunity to manage workloads on site, and staff within the team. Regular site visits across the south of England will be required so a driving licence is essential.
Project Manager Responsibilities
* Site surveys and inspections.
* Responsible for the day-to-day management of site staff.
* Oversee and manage sites for the duration or the project.
* Maintain an understanding of the company’s targets and objectives while ensuring these meet our customers’ requirements.
* Responsible for ensuring that staff on site comply with health & safety plus standard operating procedures.
* Develop new business and enquiries.
* Must be willing to travel and work away from home when necessary
Project Manager Qualifications
* Full Driving Licence
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* CSCS card (Essential)
