The client is a rapidly growing general main contractor that covers several different sectors of construction including residential, commercial and education.

They are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee a £10m residential scheme in High Wycombe. Applicants must have a solid track record of delivering complex schemes in logistically challenging areas as a project lead. They will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage all of the day to day activities on site in terms of subcontractors and materials, as well as completing all of the associated paperwork, conducting meetings and be able to report both internally and to a client. Any applicants will ideally have experience of residential projects. Applicants must also have all of their health and safety certificates in order, minimum of SMSTS, CSCS Card and 1st Aid.

This will be a long term temporary position with the potential to transfer to a permanent position in 3-6 months.
