My client is looking to appoint project manager. This position is working for one of the largest, privately owned construction companies in the UK.

The business operates on a national basis and specialises in the delivery of Retail, Commercial and Industrial Schemes ranging in value from £10m to £60m.

They are seeking a project manager who has experience of delivering car showrooms for high end dealerships. The initial project is circa £15M in value. As project lead you will be expected to have high quality standards, skilled in managing and motivating teams.

You will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the project to achieve the budget, manage the supply chain ensuring that the projects are delivered to the highest quality on time and within budget.

You will review performance against targets and identify and manage potential risks and opportunities, manage handover and ensure snag free completion
