Project Manager

Managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, contracts and projects both on site and in the office. You will spend half your time in the office, the other half on site.

Our client are a smaller contractor specialising in new build and refurbishment construction projects, deploying a diverse range of skills on varied contract types. Project sectors range from education, residential and commercial with values up to £500k currently.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have experience managing operations, contracts and construction projects
• Be from a Quantity Surveying background
• Be able to demonstrate longevity of service

Duration

This is a permanent role.

Location

Our client are based in Milton Keynes and projects are local.

Salary/Package

£50k – £60k per annum
