Our client is an established and well-respected D&B fit out contractor who have secured some exciting warehouse fit out projects across the UK. They have asked us to provide a freelance Senior Site Lead to help in the delivery of a 10 week warehouse refurbishment in Luton starting on Tuesday 28/06/2021.

Duties:

– Coordinating programme with all parties on site activities and equipment deliveries

– Daily briefings

– Issuing permits

– Site safety checks

– Toolbox talks & Site inductions

– Daily reports

– Dealing with subcontractors including job inspections and technical queries

– Checking the accuracy of works according to drawings

– Communicating with suppliers, client team and associated project stakeholders

– Maintaining site diaries

– Reviewing Method Statements

– Controlling and delivering programme of works

Essentials:

– Experience leading / Project Managing refurb / fit out projects

– SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid / IOSH

– Good client facing skills
