Caval Recruitment's Commercial Building client based in the Milton Keynes area has a job opportunity for an experienced Project Designer largely encompassing Commercial, Industrial, Warehouse, Office, Residential, Motor Dealerships and Mixed Developments. Innovative and pioneering in approach, with an enviable reputation for quality the Company's aims and objectives are to work in conjunction with both Clients and Resource Providers to provide them with a quality service from conception, through construction and thereafter throughout the lifespan of the project.

The Role

As a highly skilled Project Designer you will be accountable for project design works to ensure all is completed to client specification. You will need to develop detailed documentation, outlining all relevant technical specifications and works as standard to aid the delivery of schemes.

Duties

Attend and lead project meetings
Ensure all technical works are cost effective
Comprise contingency plans and mitigation strategies
Report and propose ideas to Senior Management figures
Implement and innovate new design strategies to boost project performance
Liaise with the project team to ensure all works are to plan, budget and schedule
Address any design related issues and use your initiative to resolve and restore
