Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Delivery Manager for a 3 Month Fixed term contact for a growing Company based in Buckinghamshire.
Due to travel the ideal candidate will be based around the midlands area or London and must be able to commence a role immediately.
Main responsibilities of the PPM will include:
• Provide installation expertise to the estimating process
• Provide input to the creation of project delivery plans
• Ensure installation quality standards are achieved
• Manage all on site activities including client liaison
• Attend site meetings and represent CONSPEC interests on site.
• Provide visibility of project status to plan
• Provide works measures to support the allocation process
• Ensure timely communication with the Office based team
• Carry out site surveys and complete all appropriate documentation
• Manage the site material levels to ensure ongoing work
• Manage disputes
• Oversee installation including tool box talks, briefing and training to installers
• Any other reasonable request commensurate with the role

• Excellent communication skills
