About your new company:

About your new role:

Working closely with the operations team you will play pivotal role in supporting the delivery of multiple projects. 

This is mainly an office-based role, but will involve visits to construction sites for surveys to agree design and installation issues. It is important to note our client are a manufacturer and supplier, not a contractor so do not carry out installation work.

The core mission of the Project Coordinator is to provide outstanding customer service, liaising with members of the Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. This position requires an ability to work as a member of a team and to help where necessary, and must also have a good sound knowledge of the construction industry.

Duties for the Project Coordinator:

Sales Liaison Working with the sales team to finalise order details and take over responsibility of contracts seeing them as right through to completion. Attention to detail is a very important requirement.
Supplier Liaison Working with suppliers to meet deadlines and get best prices on good supplied to achieve highest profit levels.
Customer Liaison Working with customers to ensure their specific requirements are understood properly and met quickly and efficiently wit first class customer service
Delivery Liaison Working with both production and customer site teams to achieve accurate delivery of goods on time.
What you need to succeed:

Previous experience in Project Coordinator / Project Management.
A good understanding of doors/door systems would be advantageous.
