Position: Technical Product Specialist – (Heating Controls for domestic heating)
Location: South East region
Products: Domestic Heating Control solutions

Salary: Basic £NEG DOE (competitive) + Other incentives & Benefits
 
The primary objective of this role is to support the product manager with the realignment and future growth of the domestic ERC (Electronic Room Controls) product portfolio ensuring it competes as the primary brand to the UK domestic heating market.
 
To do this the Technical Product Specialist – (Heating Controls for domestic heating) will be required to:

(With training), establish themselves as “the” technical authority on all matters concerning the product portfolio
Ensure legislation and compliance requirements are brought into all projects (both existing and those in the pipeline)
Manage stakeholders and suppliers with clear communication
Support competitor analysis and value proposition
Develop technical specifications for all new product development  
To maximise your opportunity to create value and benefit from this dynamic growing and exciting business, it is expected you will already have experience in a similar role, having accumulated skills and experience such as:

A degree in in Electrical Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
Experience working with component suppliers
Hands on experience with electronic controls (maybe through installation or commissioning)
Knowledge of heating systems or HVAC or boiler systems or building automation would be an advantage
