Based: commutable to Milton Keynes

Remuneration: £45,000 – £50,000 + potential annual bonus & exceptional benefits package

The role of the Product Manager – Doors & Windows / Facades will involve:

* Product Manager position responsible for the overall product portfolio within the business

* Products include: sliding door systems, façade systems, bi fold doors, entrance doors, balconies, smart systems

* To drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, pricing, roadmap development and product launch

* Perform market research and provide UK market insight

* Develop new and existing products ensuring UK requirements are effectively represented

* Collaborate with Central Product Development Teams to ensure UK testing and certification requirements are conducted and maintained

* Provide regular reports and analysis with a clear view on market trends and benchmarking of product range and hierarchy, product performance, strengths, weaknesses, features, benefits and price points against competitors

The ideal applicant will be Product Manager – Doors & Windows / Facades with:

* Must have experience / knowledge of technical related products such as: entrance doors, aluminium windows, steel windows, glazing systems, facades, sliding doors, bi fold doors, balconies and conservatories

* Must be from a product management background however would consider candidates from a technical / engineering / architectural

* Ideally have a qualification or related knowledge in a technical, architectural, design or engineering capacity

* Must have strong analytical skills including experience of market insight, competitor analysis, product life cycle mapping and product delivery

* Working knowledge of relevant design principles including safety and technical standards and regulations

* Ideally have experience in the fenestration industry

* Excellent planning, organisation, time management skills
