Paradigm is a values-led business and one of the UK’s most progressive registered housing provider and developer with over 15,000 properties in the south-east of England generating a turnover circa £140m; sector-topping operating surplus circa 50% and over £1.2bn in housing assets. Paradigm’s large development programme is expected to deliver 600 homes per year for affordable shared ownership and rental; and market sale. In this role you will manage systems and processes in a major business function, driving and leading continuous improvement. You will support and guide departmental managers in the transformation of processes and execution of activities through the establishment of robust systems and processes designed to achieve a high level of performance. You will have good professional or academic qualifications, with appropriate experience to match. You are expected to have a successful background in managing IT systems and/or processes within a large, complex organisation, preferably with knowledge gained within the housing or related sectors.
