Octago Group are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Site Manager to join one of the largest Construction companies in the UK. This will be working on a number of Commercial/ Industrial new builds in Milton Keynes.

To be successful :

* The Site Manager would ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Number 1 Site Manager.

* Extensive experience working as a SM on large Commercial/ Industrial new builds

* Reporting to the Project Manager & Contracts Director

* Manage subcontractors as well as provide toolbox talks, site inductions, recruitment services for trades & Labour

* Provide progress reports & attend progress meeting with the client

* SMSTS, First Aid & Black CSCS essential
