Our expanding building and construction client who is based in Milton Keynes are looking to support the growth in the business by bringing in a Payroll Specialist. The aspiring candidate will have a key role within the business and have ownership and responsibility of the weekly payroll. Description
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for:
Monitoring the payroll inbox
Complete aspects of Payroll administration, including leavers, maternity and pay rate changes
Maintaining weekly payroll
Keeping records up to date
Calculating and inputting data
Adhere to payroll policies and procedures
Liaise with key stakeholders
Updating external parties with all relevant staff changes
Supporting the Finance teamProfile
The Payroll Specialist will:
Previous payroll experience
Able to work to multiple deadline
Strong attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Knowledge of Payroll responsibilities SMP, SPP, SSP, AOE
Great Excel skills
A true self starter
Comfortable working as part of a team or individually Job Offer
