I am currently looking for Painters and Decorators to work for our recognised client working on a permanent basis on a static site in Milton Keynes.

Our client is established within the hospitality sector and work nationwide managing facilities across a number of recognised companies.

Role: Painter and Decorator

Location: Working on a static site based in Milton Keynes

Contract: Permanent

Hourly rate: £12.99ph

Start date: ASAP

Benefits: Overtime available, pension and bonus scheme

Responsibilities:

Preparing surfaces
Applying layers of paint or hanging wallpaper
Snagging works
Working out what materials are required
keeping work area clean and tidy Requirements:

City and Guilds or equivalent within Painting and decorating
Experience carrying out maintenance within commercial property
