My client is looking to appoint an Operations Manager. The company are a large main building contractor who deliver an array of large-scale project types.

Project values can range from £10M upwards to £100M. Projects can vary from Hotels, Leisure, Commercial Office, Retail and Industrial.

As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing 2 to 3 large scale projects at various stages at anyone time. Reporting to the Director, you will have responsibility for driving project performance in terms of delivery.

You will have full operational control of multiple projects with overall responsibility of the teams and the Health, Safety and Environment. You will support site teams to meet project goals and set strategies for all elements of the projects.

You will need to have excellent construction knowledge and the ability to understand the critical detail and building sequence, ensuring that projects are well planned from design through to procurement to completion
