Office Co-Ordinator

Milton Keynes – office working

Temporary 3-6 weeks with possibility of a permanent role

£10.50 per hour

Do you enjoy being on the phone? Do you get excited about helping customers? And would you describe yourself as a naturally friendly and helpful person? You must have customer Service experience and be immediately available, as the position is starting ASAP.

Hours

09:00 – 17:00

Monday to Friday

Job responsibilities

– First point of contact to all customers

– Investigate customer problems and be able to solve them quickly and efficiently

– Scanning

– Expenses

– Accurate data entry

– Book travel

Experience required

– Experience within Customer Service or Administration is essential

– You must be positive and friendly with the ability to build rapport with customers easily

– Must be confident using and learning new systems
