We are a rapidly expanding local Property Maintenance company and are actively seeking an Office Assistant/Administrator to join our team in our Aylesbury Office,
About you:-
Excellent telephone manner
Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
Communicates in a clear concise and professional manner
High attention to detail
Able to work both in a team and on their own
Always maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Be honest and open with both customers and colleagues at all times
About the Role:-
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about having a hands on approach, assisting the Managing Director and Project Managers to deliver customers projects on time. Your duties will include.
Responsible for the organisation of administrative tasks
Complete all necessary paperwork as requested
Answering incoming calls from both customers and suppliers
Raising client invoices, service requests and breakdowns etc
Raising purchase orders as and when required
Other general administrative duties as required.
Hours; – Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.00 (No weekends or bank holidays)
Rate: £9.00 – £10.00 per hour depending on the person and experience.
Good rate of pay offered for the right applicant.
