Konnect are currently recruiting on behalf of a 5* house builder with an excellent reputation based in Milton Keynes which specialise in the development of housing.

The sales advisor will be carrying out day to day tasks which includes the running of the office along with sales site. Building a relationship from start to finish in order to hit sales targets.

Experience of face to face sales along with previous experience working on a new build site is desirable to this client.

* Build rapport with our customers in person, over the telephone or by e-mail

* Accompany customers around the homes

* Liaise with Site Management team to ensure the smooth running of the developments

* Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage companies and all other associated businesses

* Maintain the sales office, show homes and stock properties to a high standard both internally and externally

* Explain the reservation process and how we guide them through it
