A new opportunity has arisen to work for a national contractor for a Multi Trade Operative. This will be on a permanent basis paying £38,0000 (inclusive of 1 week on call per month). You will be required to complete reactive maintenance within properties and communal areas based in Aylesbury and surrounding areas. The successful candidate must be willing to travel however the aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible.

Pay Rate:
* £38k inclusive of a compulsory 7 nights Out of Hours emergency cover per month.

Multi Trade Skills Required:
* Carpentry & Plumbing
* Tiling
* Basic Plastering
* Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
* UPVC repairs and maintenance
* Double glazed unit replacement
* Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc
* Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Qualifications Required:
* NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds
* Basic DBS Check

The succesful Multi Trader will be supplied with:
* Company branded van
* Fuel card
* PDA
