NEW MULTI TRADER VACANCIES!

A new opportunity has arisen to work for a housing provider for a Multi Trader on a temp to perm basis paying £32,640 per annum plus one week on call per 13 weeks. You will be required to complete reactive and planned maintenance within properties and communal areas based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate must be willing to travel however the aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible.

Multi Trade Skills required:
* Carpentry & Plumbing
* Tiling
* Basic Plastering
* Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
* UPVC repairs and maintenance
* Double glazed unit replacement
* Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc
* Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Multi Trade Qualifications Required:
* NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds

The successful Multi Trader will be supplied with:
* Company branded van
* Fuel card
* PDA
