A new opportunity has arisen to work for a housing provider for a Multi Trader on a temp to perm basis paying £32,600 per annum plus one week on call per 12 weeks. You will be required to complete reactive and planned maintenance within properties and communal areas based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate must be willing to travel however the aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible.

Skills required:
* Carpentry & Plumbing
* Tiling
* Basic Plastering
* Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification
* UPVC repairs and maintenance
* Double glazed unit replacement
* Carpentry such as kitchen repairs, hanging doors etc
* Use of a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Qualifications Required:
* NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds

You will be supplied with:
* Company branded van
* Fuel card
* PDA
