Position – Multi Trade Operative
JPS Projects Ltd, A leading well established contractor within the social housing sector of the construction industry are looking to build on our team due to our ongoing success on a number of large contracts, and have multiple openings available for Multi Skilled operatives to work on contracts in and around Chesham/Amersham and surrounding areas for well established housing associations. The works is within voids ( empty properties) and is refurbishing the properties back to a lettable standard. The positions are immediately available for suitable candidates.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
* Domestic experience
* Previous Social Housing Experience
* Own transport
As a Multi Trade you will be expected to do the following:
* Carpentry
* Patch Plastering
* Tiling
* Flooring
* Decoration
* Have a flexible approach
The contracts are voids • aids and adaptations • kitchens and bathrooms
All applicants must also have the following
* Full Driving Licence.
* CSCS Card
* Good Communicator
* Happy to work alone and as part of a team
