A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi Skilled Technician to join our busy Property Repairs department. You will be required to complete maintenance work within our tenanted properties, being skilled in 3 trades or more. The purpose of this post is primarily to carry out Carpentry and UPVC windows, doors and glazing repairs across the Paradigm geographic portfolio.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and/or be able to demonstrate solid previous experience in this type of maintenance work. Experience of fire door training and lock changes would be advantageous.
