Position: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £35,919

Contract: Permanent

Think Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join one of our well-known clients within the FM Sector, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services for a multi-site client within the retail sector.

Basic Salary: Up to £35,919 (dependent on experience)
Additional earnings available through overtime.
4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets. (Historically paid out)
Van (with option for personal use) and fuel card

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for ensuring your clients supermarkets within your area are fully maintained and operating at full potential.

As an M&E Engineer, you'll enjoy working in a varied environment. You'll be out and about on the road traveling to your own dedicated stores throughout your area, delivering a high level of repair works and rectifying any defects to ensure our clients receive a high-quality service.

We are looking for somebody with previous experience working as an Electrical, M&E Engineer or similar. You will enjoy working autonomously and be responsible for a range of mechanical and electrical works activity.

Whilst an electrical bias is essential, Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well. However, this is not essential and full training will be provided for candidates with an electrical bias and who possess the right attitude.

Qualifications

Essential:

A recognised Apprenticeship or time served experience in M&E Services/ electrical Maintenance
City & Guilds Test and Inspection
18th Edition (we will consider 17th)
Valid UK driver's license
Strong communication skills and work ethic.
Awareness and knowledge of health & safety.Desirable:
