An experienced Electrical Bias Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with 18th Edition is required to effectively carry out both Electrical and basic HVAC & Plumbing duties in an Healthcare/office environment in Amersham.

Key Responsibilities

* You will Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements

* As a Multi skilled maintenance engineer you will Issue and ensure appropriate controls within the Permit to Work systems and LOTO

* Identify and report potential hazards

* Ability to carry out fault diagnosis on mechanical and electrical equipment

* Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements, as required

Qualification /Experience

* Experience in multi skilled disciplines (mechanical, fabric, water hygiene)

* 18th Edition is essential

* Proven experience working on Electrical components, Air Con, Plumbing

* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all building services

* Demonstrate previous experience in fault finding with various systems (mechanical & Electrical)

* Ability to fault find on both Mechanical and Electrical Plant and Equipment

* Experience of critical environment facilities maintenance, but not limited to, BMS operation, testing of electrical systems

Advantageous

* Formal health and safety training IOSH

* Legionella Awareness

* IPAF
