Mobile Handyperson Plumbing bias

Milton Keynes

Monday – Friday; Full Time (40 Hours)

Up to £15.38 per hour – Van provided.

Contract

Recruiting on behalf of a Facilities Management company for a general Handyperson with a Plumbing background.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Carrying out PPM's and reactive work on Boilers, Heating and LT Hot water/ Cold water systems, Plumbing and drainage,
Regular flushing across the building
Understanding of permits to work
A good understanding of L8 and water systems
Asbestos awareness
Maintain/ repair building fabric issues across the site.

Successful candidates will need a full UK Driving Licence

Plumbing qualifications are desirable.
