Mobile Commercial Plumber

Location- Milton Keynes

Contract

Upto £15.38 per hour – Van provided

Monday to Friday- 40 hour

Recruiting on behalf of a Facilities Management company the commercial plumber will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks on Commercial Plumbing plant equipment.

Duties for the Mobile Commercial Plumber are as follows;

Carrying out PPM's and reactive work on Boilers, Heating and LT Hot water/ Cold water systems, Plumbing and drainage,
Regular flushing across the building
Understanding of permits to work
A good understanding of L8 and water systems
Asbestos awareness
Maintain/ repair building fabric issues across the site

Qualifications

Candidates must hold City and Guilds Level 1, 2 + 3 in Plumbing Qualifications

Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through a high level of security clearance, and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
