We are looking for a Mini Bus Driver for construction site in Quainton, Buckinghamshire.

We will provide relevant induction, safety critical assessment as well as PPE.

Rates: £12.56ph PAYE for the first 39 hours, then £18.84 ph PAYE

Overtimes:

Saturdays – First 4 hours at time and a half thereafter double rate applies

Sundays – Double rate.

(30 days paid holidays per annum and pension scheme)

Working hours: Mon – Fri 7.30am – 5pm (Monday – Friday) with 1 hours break each day

Daily Travel allowance paid per mile or Lodge allowance £41.66 per shift available for candidates located 50miles away from the job and further.

There will be an induction that you would need to attend prior to starting the job.

You must provide proof of right to work in UK and must pass a drugs and alcohol test.

About The Role

As a minibus driver you will be responsible for transporting people safely from one site to another, usually along predetermined routes.

The job role of a minibus driver involves the following duties:

– Transporting fellow colleagues to site.
– Dropping off and picking up from a variety of gates on site
– Working to a time schedule
– Driving safely along designated routes
– Obeying traffic laws, safety procedures, and transit regulations
– Assisting passengers with disabilities to get on the bus
– Preventing or stopping unruly behaviour from passengers
– Communicating with passengers and employers regarding delays or any issues along a route
– Checking the bus tires, lights, and oil when needed for basic maintenance

Minimum Competencies Required:

* DVLA Driving Licence – Category D1
