Work in a great team as an MEP Revit Technician

Revit Technician MEP (Building Services) £36K+

South Bucks – Hybrid working, 2-3 days home and 2-3 days remote working

Building Services / Consultancy / M&E / MEP

This role is to join an established consulting engineering practice who specialise in design within the mechanical and electrical field. Design work undertaken is varied, interesting and often complex such as HVAC projects for laboratories, hospitals and large schools and includes cleanrooms.

Due to continued growth within the business, they are now looking for an MEP Revit Technician to join their team.

Key Expectations

* Proficient in the use of Revit

* Ability to draw/model all MEP services in Revit

* Experience in the building services industry is essential.

* Ability to produce on time & accurate delivery of Revit work.

* Provide evidence of experience and understanding of drawing design of buildings.

* Confident communicator who isn’t afraid to ask the Design Engineer questions in order to understand their design requirements.

* Ability to establish a good working relationship with team members.

* Utilising relevant office project software including Revit & Navisworks.

* Beneficial although not essential to have experience in the use of CAD
