MEP Manager / Building Services Manager – Northern Home Counties
Permanent
£70k-£80k base plus car allowance, travel paid, life assurance, private health, pension, holidays.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MEP Manager / Building Services Manager to join a leading main contractor on a permanent basis to lead the MEP for 2 new build projects based in Cambridge and Milton Keynes. The role will initally be involved in preconstruction, with flexibility to work remotely or from head office in London. 

This position will be working in between both schemes which are residential and valued circa £20m. The role will therefore require someone who has a wealth of experience as an MEP Manager on projects in excess of £10m as a minimum, and lives in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire or Cambridgeshire. We are looking for someone who has a strong background working with main contractors and has a stable career history.
