Due to expansion and new projects coming in, ROC MEP are currently looking to bring on a Mechanical Supervisor in Milton Keynes.

Job Overview:

The ‘Supervisor’ is to assist the project manager for the successful completion of the project.

* Read, understand and implement the Sub-Contract which ROC are working under.

* Have Full knowledge of project Scope of Works and Programme.

* Produce Method statements and risk assessments, ensuring these are adhered to and updated quarterly.

* Ensure daily activity briefings are carried out, recorded and saved in the relevant location within the job folder.

* Attend daily site DAB meetings.

* Complete weekly plant/access inspections and save in the relevant location within the job folder.

* Complete and maintain a site record of all operatives in your areas.

* Ensure the day to day procurement of materials are completed.

* Attend weekly health and safety meetings, take notes and ensure any issues are reported to the Project Manager and resolved in a timely manner.

* Report any issues and concerns to the Project Manager.

* Value engineer materials and install methods where possible, ensuring high productivity is maintained.

* Ensure red line / as built drawings are produced and issued through the cycle of the project.

* Assist in client training where required

* Oversee all site subcontarctors
