Site Supervisor – Milton Keynes – £20 -£22 Per hour – 5 Months Contract
Our client requires a finishing supervisor to work on their large commercial development. The Ideal Candidate will have extensive experience of all aspects of a commercial build including; Joinery, Mechanical & Electrical Works.
Duties Include;
* Creation of detail snagging reports
* Allocation of relevant labour to complete remedial works
* Liaising with the client
* Internal Reporting
* Management of a small team of Trades & Labour
You must have;
* Previous Experience in a similar role
* Ideally have a trades background in Electrical or plumbing works
* Minimum of a SSSTS
* CSCS Card
* Own Vehicle
