This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager / Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading and highly-respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation and commissioning across multiple sectors including Commercial, Office and Government Buildings, Healthcare, Education, Retail and Leisure, with contract values ranging from £500k up to £10m. Projects are all based within the regions of East Anglia and East Midlands.

* Base salary: £70k – £75k depending on experience

Key skills and experience required:
* The successful candidate will be an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager or similar role (e.g. Senior Mechanical Project Manager) working within the M&E Building Services sector
* Proven and successful track record of managing and delivery multi-million-pound projects
* You should have a good understanding of Contract Commercial and Operational Terms and Conditions
* You will be managing and supporting teams of Project Managers, QHSE Manager, Supervisors, QS and Operatives to suit workload and clients requirements
* Ensure that the Projects assigned to you are delivered on time and within budget
* Excellent communication and client facing skills
* Ideally Qualified to HNC / HND or Degree level in Building Services or similar i.e. Industry standard Mechanical/Plumbing or HVAC Qualifications and Certificates
* Driving Licence
