A leading M&E contractor established in Ireland in looking to expand in mainland England on the back of winning numerous commercial projects they are appointing two additional contracts managers, to be home based based in and around the Northampton / Milton Keynes area to oversee projects for mechanical installations, LTHW, Air Conditioning, boiler plant, AHU, heat pumps etc on commercial projects ranging in value from £500k to £2million.

Mechanical contracts manager will be managing a portfolio of clients and projects
Mechanical contracts manager will be running projects with direct labour and specialist sub-contractors. Running the programme and budget, tracking progress and delivery.
Mechanical contracts manager will be experienced in running projects and managing clients on mechanical installations within commercial developments.
A complete understanding of design and build
Mechanical qualifications within building services
Mechanical contracts manager will be paid a circa of £60k basic plus car allowance, pension, holiday
