If you possess a solid working knowledge of Revit, particularly mechanical and electrical, and have an interest in growing into a more in-depth role including 3D visualisation and BIM then we would love to speak to you.

The role involves being responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of M&E Revit work, preparing clear and accurate drawings/models for Pre-Construction, Construction and As-Built stages of our works. Also helping develop a drawing library of 2D, 3D and BIM models for our equipment range and on occasion supporting Pre-Con team with onsite surveys to ensure the drawings produced are meeting client requirements accurately. You will be working closely with our Pre-Con and Project Management teams which will require a collaborative approach, whilst having the ability to work independently to complete the drawings.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce working drawings/models to a high standard.
Understanding of mechanical and electrical design and installations.
Experience working in a similar role.

Ability to work under your own initiative.
A strong work ethic.Desirable Skills

HNC or equivalent mechanical/electrical/architectural fields.
Good understanding of MS Office, especially word and excel.
