We are currently recruiting for a Materials Controller to join our client, a highly reputable developer on a new build housing site close to Milton Keynes.

As a Materials Controller you will be responsible for conducting call offs, stock checks, re ordering damaged or extra materials, distributing materials when needed to Sub Contractors and have the ability to read and fully understand a site programme.

Previous experience as a Materials Controller is desirable but not essential, however you must have a strong knowledge of construction materials required for a new build housing project along with in sight as to how this type of project runs and works.
