MATERIALS BUYER – LEADING RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPER – WORKING FROM HOME

About Our Client:

This is an award winning housebuilder and brownfield Developer. This company are fast becoming a household name across London and the Home Counties. This company uses various build types and modern methods of construction, as sustainability and efficiency is high on the agenda.

The Role:

This Buyer role is home based with site and office visits. The office is based in South Buckinghamshire and sites are mainly in and around the M25 with the odd exception. Site visits are twice monthly and office visits are meetings, potentially once a week. This is a Materials Buyer role and will include purchasing of site prelims, carpentry and masonry to name a few packages. This company are looking to train and progress the right person so this should be considered a career move. You could be a strong Assistant Buyer looking to step up in your career. You must have buying experience for a residential developer, this is non-negotiable. You may have an Assistant Buyer as a direct report.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

* Buying experience for a residential Developer

* Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft.

The salary on offer will depend on your experience.
