BRS are recruiting for a MANAGING QS on behalf of a leading main contractor company in the civil engineering industry.

Responsibilities
* Overseeing the timely submission of valuations
* Securing payments from customers within the specified contract terms
* Supporting the team in preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts
* Recording, monitoring and reviewing the financial performance of NEC forms of contracts
* Collating and managing financial accounts and report to senior management on performance of regional projects
* Support and ensure staff comply with process and requirement of subcontract procurement and management
* Mentor and manage subordinate staff
Experience
* Able to demonstrate post contract experience, working on multiple projects worth 7m+ in value
* Educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Experience of working on general Civil Engineering projects (essential) and of highways/rail infrastructure projects (preferred).
