Private hospital group are recruiting for a maintenance technician for a temp to perm static day shift role based in Milton Keynes.

Client Details

Our client is a well known private medical group with a large in house estate team. You will be working for the estates team and based at a private hospital in Milton Keynes. This is a temp to perm role and the working hours are Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week.

Description

You will be responsible for:

Maintenance

Building services maintenance reactive tasks

PPMs

Electrical maintenance

Basic plumbing

Reporting to a lead engineer

Profile

We are looking for:

Maintenance experience, hospital is desirable

CSCS card is essential

Ideally if electrical – gold card holder

Or a level 2 in plumbing
